The therapist is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation. Outpatient therapy involves treating one patient per hour from 08:00 to 17:00 with a one-hour lunch break. Acute care is from 08:00 to 16:30 with a 30-minute lunch, managing a caseload of 10 to 14 patients. The outpatient therapy area has support staff, including an office coordinator and registrar. Acute care staff work across various floors with access to supplies and documentation facilities. The equipment includes all modalities, lifting equipment, aquaciser, exercise bikes, and cardio equipment. Documentation systems include specific platforms for outpatient and acute care. Scheduling requires flexibility, with potential Saturday coverage for weekday time off. Experience in outpatient therapy and acute care is preferred. The environment is friendly, fostering team celebrations and interdisciplinary communication. The therapy team has over 35 years of combined experience.
