Must-Have:
Will work every third weekend.
Schedule is mostly Monday-Friday block with every third weekend required.

Required work setting experience: Acute Care, Rehabilitation Hospital.
Required assessment skills/experience: Adaptive Devices, AROM/AAROM/PROM, Arousal and Attention, Assistive Devices, Body Mechanics, Identifying Environmental Barriers, Pain assessment, Sensory response, Skin integrity, Strength testing, Vital signs.
Required cardiopulmonary skills/experience: Breathing Techniques, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Congestive Heart Failure, Myocardial Infarction, Peripheral Vascular Disease.
Required documentation skills/experience: Assessment, Discharge, Evaluation, Long Term Goals, Plan of Care, Reassessments, Short Term Goals, Time Management.
Required equipment and device skills/experience: Bed alarms, Call lights, Crutches, Gait belt, Hospital bed, Hoyer lift, Lower extremity prosthetics, Rolling walker, Shoulder slings, Sit to stand lift, Sliding boards, Soft/Hard collars, Specialty Beds, Standard Walker, Supplemental Oxygen, Wheelchair assessment.
Required orthopedic skills/experience: Ankle sprains, Degenerative Disc Disease, Degenerative Joint Disease, Elbow injuries, Extremity Mobilization, Frozen shoulder, Gait training, Hand injuries, Hip fractures, Knee injuries, Lower extremity Amputations, Low back pain, Myofascial Release, Osteoarthritis, Post-operative rehabilitation, Prosthetic training, Sciatica, Spinal Conditions, Taping, Total hip replacement, Total knee replacement, Upper extremity Amputations.
Required neurologic case skills/experience: Cognitive disorders, Concussion, Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular dystrophy, Nerve palsy, Neurodevelopmental Technique, Parkinson’s disease, Post Stroke Rehabilitation, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury.
Required modality skills/experience: TENS, Ultrasound.
Required billing skills/experience: Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, Private Pay, Worker's Compensation.
Required age-specific competencies: Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.

Description:
