We are currently seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join a collaborative and patient-focused healthcare team in Alamosa, Colorado. This is a great opportunity for a passionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients improve mobility, recover from injuries, and restore functional independence in a supportive clinical environment.
Relocation assistance and a potential sign-on bonus may be available for qualified candidates. Candidates should be open to relocating to a rural community and becoming part of a close-knit healthcare team.

- Salary Range: $37.96 – $52.97 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical therapy assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide therapeutic care to patients with neuromuscular, skeletal, integumentary, pulmonary, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Apply appropriate therapeutic procedures to maintain, improve, and restore patient function.
Requirements
- Active Colorado Physical Therapist License (Required)
- BLS Certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
- Strong clinical evaluation and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
