Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Lebanon, Missouri. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary A Physical Therapist (Outpatient) position is available in Lebanon, Missouri. This outpatient clinic role involves providing therapy services primarily to orthopedic patients, with a patient ratio of 1:1 and appointment slots of 45 minutes each. Candidates are required to bring their licensure in the State of Missouri on the first day. Job Details Location: Lebanon, Missouri Specialty: Physical Therapy Outpatient Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday; minimum of 40 hours per week Required Qualifications: Current licensure in the State of Missouri, Basic Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (BCPR) certification, no minimum years of experience specified, will consider candidates with zero years of experience Preferred qualifications: Experience with orthopedic, neuro, vestibular, and general deconditioning patients; familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record system Additional Information: This position is in a hospital outpatient department approximately 30 minutes from a main hospital, located along I-44 between Springfield and St. Louis. The typical schedule is flexible if needed. The dress code requires Mercy apparel or black scrubs; business casual attire is acceptable. Flu vaccination is required from November 1 to April 1, with exemptions only if approved by the client.
