13-Week Contract | 8-Hour Day Shifts | 40 Hours Guaranteed

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a Home Health contract assignment in the greater Sacramento County area. The clinician will work with a diverse patient population in a home health setting, providing high-quality rehabilitative care and support.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, pulmonary, cardiac, and geriatric conditions
• Document patient progress accurately using EMR/charting systems
• Travel between patient homes within the assigned coverage area
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 5–6 patients per day
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care

• Active California PTA License
• Minimum 2 years of PTA experience preferred
• Home Health experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS Certification (AHA)
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment
• Experience with Cerner charting system is a plus
